Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your reading. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, which handles refunds on our behalf.
Full refund, within 14 days
You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- your reading didn't arrive, failed to generate, or is blank or broken;
- it was made with the wrong birth details because of an error on our side;
- you were charged more than once for the same reading; or
- you're not satisfied with it. Tell us why, so we can do better. We may decline repeated requests from the same person.
How to ask
Reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or use the link in that receipt to manage your order. You can also write to us at the support email listed on this page (being set up for launch) with the link to your reading. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
